About Us

Started by Norman Grace in Summer 2000. The initial aim of the business was to provide support for individuals,  many of these happy customers then requested support for their businesses. Today there is a mix of customers with many individuals, startups and small business clients.
  
Norman has spent nearly all of his working life in IT,  working in support and development roles for small and large companies and has a genuine interest in applying the right technology and understanding dynamics of business.     

As well as understanding your hardware (computers, printers, network kit etc) we have a very keen interest in software ie using the correct software for your business. This does NOT mean just recommending the most expensive or standard solution from the most the world's popular suppliers. We respect your right to make an informed choice and we will be very happy to assist you.

Currently based in Edgware, North West London our clients come from a wide range of industries including Sales/Promotions, Distribution, Health, Finance, Publishing, Property Management, Transport and Catering. We can talk plain English or get more technical should you prefer.
