FAQ What is the main service you provide? Technical support for computer users. This is the professional level of support you would expect from senior consultants.  As we do this on a full time basis we are very experinced in a wide range of current hardware/software issues on todays computer systems. We provide support for business and individuals. Does this mean you provide training? No we don't train, we can put you in touch with a trainer if you need one. So how do I use your services? Get us in when you need to setup systems, networks, adsl etc. and we will deal with the technical stuff and leave you to use the system after we have gone. My mate, son. cousin, brother, neighbour etc  is pretty good with computers so why should I use you? You can use whoever you like,  the difference with us is we will work to a high standard, estimate how long the job should take and understand the real support issues.  How do your charges work? The charges are based on hourly rates (call for current rates) plus travel & time costs for locations more than 15 minutes from base (Edgware). We can provide estimates for most tasks (given enough information). estimates always exclude serious virus infection, windows(C) operating system corruption and breakdowns as these have to be treated on an individual basis.  Do you supply computer hardware? Only parts needed for basic repairs and networking. We have no wish to compete with the many retailers in today's market.   We can advice on purchasing kit to meet your requirements. Do you know much about computer software? Yes we have knowledge of many packages and tools in common use. We can normally advice on software and tools to meet your needs.
