If you are unlucky enough to have a computer that won’t start or more commonly won’t take you to the desktop then we can help. Most days we take calls about “dead” computers which can mean anything from a problem with an internet connection to a full-blown hardware failure, fortunately “dead-beyond-repair” is fairly rare and would usually involve a hardware fault that’s not economical to repair. After dealing with these issues for a number years we are well prepared to tackle most breakdowns.
Breakdowns and other problems do tend to occur much more frequently on older computers (four years plus), bargains (very cheap computers) , computers that are not maintained and those that are shared by a number of people.
